My Workouts for the Week

After Friday’s long run, I am now starting to taper.  Woohoo!  This is what my week should look like (unless my trainer throws an upper body workout in there – maybe on Friday?):
  • Monday: off
  • Tuesday: strength workout at 7am with my trainer
  • Wednesday: interval run
  • Thursday: 60 minute swim
  • Friday: off
  • Saturday: 16k run
  • Sunday: off

What are your workout plans for the week?  Same ol’, same ol’, or do you have something exciting coming up?

    Sounds like a great workout plan for this coming week. I’m doing the insanity workout so mine is already scheduled for me. It’s a 60 workout plan that is INTENSE! Good luck with your exercise!
