Your task for today:

Breathe deeply. Sit upright, back tall, and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose, pause slightly, and then exhale slowly through your nose. Repeat twice. 

Bonus points for setting an alarm (or two or three) for later today to remind yourself to breathe.
