Welcome to the Mostly Fit Mom happiness challenge. Over the next 21 days, I’ll be posting inspiration for you to make small changes in your everyday life that will help boost your happiness.

I’ll try to keep the tasks short and sweet, so that they feel doable. At the same time, I’ll be sure to post information that’s useful and happiness hacks that are effective.
