In today’s post, we’ll be touching on worthiness, which is something I struggle with. (You don’t get two professional degrees and own your own business by accident!) Brené Brown deals with this topic a lot in The Gifts of Imperfection, so if you’re looking to learn more about worthiness, that’s a good place to start.

Meditation: Empowerment Meditation from The Chopra Centre (the meditation runs 13:47; you can skip ahead to the 1:12 mark to skip the preamble)
