August 12th?!? When did that happen?!? *sigh* Summer always flies by, doesn’t it?
What I Ate Today:
Lunch: chicken thighs with Sticky Sesame sauce, whole wheat bread with margarine, spinach, feta, raspberry vinaigrette, low sodium V8
Snack: banana, yogurt, 5 bite size Mini Wheats
Supper: chicken thighs, carrots with butter and dill, whole grain baguette, margarine
Snack: watermelon, 1/2 oz chocolate
So, I snuck a touch of chocolate in there, but still feel pretty good about my eating today.
